Gennie Frankenstein AU

One of my favorite science fiction story classics I just got into was Frankenstein, and that got me thinking. What if for an AU story, Lennie was a “failed experiments” that accidently killed his creator by hugging them too hard. And after being alone and afraid for so long, a random villager (George) finds him in the middle of the woods and becomes Lennie first and only friend. Also, I like to think in this, George gave Lennie his name, since his creator never bothered to name him, just to show how valuable their relationship is. I don’t know, let me know what you guys think of this.
