[保養]女生必備●健靈●月舒補

月事這回事，以前小時候，基乎每前月經前後都會來一個大感冒，沒法子啦，身子差，病菌容易入侵。人大了，開始懂得養生。不得不承認的是，身體確是健康了，傷風感冒少得多了，可是每次在月經來時，總是會肚子痛，有時肚子更會痛得腰肢也挺不直，頭痛得很，晚上亦睡得不好，心情總是煩燥的。

前一陣子接觸了來自「健靈」的「月舒補」，專門針對女性月事問題，融匯「四物湯」跟貞潔樹漿果提取物，服用的時候，就像普通口服補充品一樣，每日服用兩粒以幫助身體補充血氣，月經調暢，氣血旺盛暢通、改善月經週期的不適症狀。

月舒補入面主要含有以下這些成份： – 熟地黃：補血養陰、填精益髓； – 當歸：補血調經、活血止痛、潤腸通便； – 川芎：活血行氣、祛風止痛； – 白芍：養血斂陰、柔肝止痛、平抑肝陽； – 貞潔樹漿果提取物：調理月經、助孕。

我收到這件產品的時候，剛好就完了上一個月的月事，我當然立即開始服用這個「月舒補」，直到剛剛又開始再一次月事到了。今次嘛，感覺舒緩多了。這廿八天內，每天服用兩顆補充品，月事準時了，M痛跟頭痛雖然還有一點點啦，但今次沒有再撐不直腰肢，而且還可以做做運動。其實，月事的日子最緊要是休息足夠，之前很多時會因肚子太痛而引致失眠，今次卻沒有再失眠，反而睡得很好。這的確是讓我蠻驚喜的。

i am taking genning requests for either Gen 6 ( XY/ORAS) and Gen 7

Sun and moon will be more likely to be genned ASAP

i would like to note Do not use genned Pokemon in official Pokemon events because if you are found out you can be banned.

*disclaimer* I gen for fun - I will not gen any pokemon with illegal move-sets or illegal balls. The pokemon i gen are only used for causal games with friends or in the unofficial Pokemon leagues i am a part of which use the Smogon competitive formats.

THIS HAX HAS BEEN CONFIRMED TO BE WORKING ON 11.2!!

1- Download the Homebrew Starter Kit and Otherapp Payload (corresponding to your system version) here: https://goo.gl/KcKuv8

2- Download your region and console specific .m4a from here: https://goo.gl/OjLXry

3- Extract the Homebrew Starter Kit and move it to the SD card along your .md4 file and Otherapp Payload .bin file (make sure this is named as otherapp.bin if not rename it that way)

4- Download JKSV (Save Manager) from here: https://goo.gl/83H69X

5- Unzip and drag the "3ds" folder onto the SD card

6- Turn on your 3DS and start up the Nintendo 3DS Sound app, wait until files on the SD card load, open SD card on the app and open the "<3Nedwill 2016". YOUR SCREEN WILL FLICKER AND TURN ON A BUNCH OF COLORS THAT IS NORMAL

7- You should be in Homebrew menu right now, congratulations, scroll down and select JKSV.

8- With JKSV select your desired pokemon game, and click on "Export Save", a prompt will appear to create a folder, name it whatever you want.

9- Remove your SD from the 3DS and insert it in your computer (yes you can take out the SD card while still in Homebrew, no need to turn off) 9.1- An FTP client can also be used to transfer the files via Wi-Fi

10- Download the latest version of PKHeX here https://goo.gl/VU3RiR

11- Open up PKHeX and go to: File> Open> *navigate to SD card*> JKSV > Saves > *desired game* > *desired folder* and select the file called "main"

12- Edit to your heart's content.

13- When done go to: File> Export SAV> Export Main> *select desired folder* (note that JKSV will only read main files that are in the correct folder and place)

14- Pop the SD card back in the 3DS, open JKSV, go to the desired game and select "Import Save"

15- Boot up your game.

16- Congrats!
