Hey do any girls here feel anxious around the time of their period? It used to be rlly bad for me because my cycle used to be inconsistent asf and painful (maybe stressed induced) and now being on birth control for a year it's much more manageable + using proper painkillers is better! ;3

However I feel so gross and nasty on it **tw**- I'm kinda squeamish, pooping while on my period/in general is so damn nasty even tho it helps. Then feeling my uterus contract and my vagina push out the blood is AUGHHH SOMEONE SHOOT ME PLS any tips on how I can feel the most comfortable? I would kill for a heated blanket but cant afford that rn
