I want to yap about the novel im writing

#gentle currents #21k words in and they just got to the city the story takes place in lmao #but after 4 months of not writing ive written 6k words in the last three days #were so back

Did the vulnerable thing of giving a friend access to my book wip and honestly it was such a good idea. I know it is far from polished and needs a lot of work, but being able to see what bits are enjoyed, what's hitting hard, what passages resonate with them... it's giving me motivation to keep writing
