It’s hard to do—open up like that. And we often think that it’s hard to find someone who will accept that part of us. Well, we have to be the ones to make that first step. If we really want to be open and sensitive with someone, we must first open ourselves up. Yes, we risk being hurt. Yes, we risk scaring them off. But why would you want someone to love a mask of yourself?
