re-reading batman: europa because it’s so undeniably gay and i just love it???? from the artstyle to the concept of batjokes being forced to partner up and taking a trip around europe (+ the inherent eroticism of that first page alone). their BLOOD being eachothers ANTIDOTE??? PHEW

say whatever you want about how arkhamverse riddler’s outfit and look progressed throughout the games but i LOVE how it reflects his descent into madness and how his obsession with unmasking/outsmarting batman consumed him whole to the point where he lost any capacity to look remotely decent. like that’s probably my favorite thing about him aside from how batshit crazy and... like... completely abnormal he is

first and foremost, ive been anxiously waiting for the day riddler year one dropped since it was announced and this day is FINALLY HERE !!!

secondly, im in LOVE with the art. it’s so goddamn striking and gritty and i was in love with how well it fit the whole vibe. 

thirdly, it didn’t disappoint. i’m the average riddler fan seeing him being mistreated one way or another by the city he was born in and progressively struggling harder to cope with the injustice he feels *kicking my legs up in the air and giddily reading*
