2 years ago this time, I was visiting Jim in Aachen, #Germany and had a great time window shopping for all these Easter themed Printen!! Printen is similar to ginger bread, but the texture is in between cookie and cake. The coolest part? Printen is originated from Aachen. I like it and bought a box home for my parents, but I think it’s an acquired taste because they barely ate any - the ingredients include cinnamon, clove, and aniseed. . I think Easter season is a great time to visit Germany.
