So, ignoring that I was exposed to quality at such a young age, I got to listen to an atmospheric bop by legendary visual kei group Buck-Tick. Listen to a guy walk alone through the endless night just to see your face...or to bite a woman's tit alongside his male vampire lover.

T/N: ¹月世界 has the nuance of being a location or a destination rather than "the moon in the sky," usually conveyed with 月 only. 月世界 is made up of the words for "moon" and "world."

²These two lines translate literally to "on an escalator / took the aftermath of starlight / and a buried dog cried in the distance," but 犬 is marked with the topic particle は, so both lines could be about the dog, instead of the dog and the narrator.

³好きな君 - literally "you who I like"

⁴All of these lines are difficult to translate in a way that doesn't sound awkward. Literally, they mean "The softly touched moon / wounded me" and "hurt me / softly touched moon," so I took these to mean that the narrator was hurt when or after he touched the moon.
