Someone DMed me to ask why Alex Keller says "Let's get evil" in Modern Warfare.

SpecOps say "get evil" before green light, meaning they say it right before ops, aka the mission.

"Get evil" means be serious, get ready, get focused, wise up, shut up, get your wits about you, however you want to conceptualize it.

Prior to green light, operators are sleeping, joking around, messing with their camo application, chewing gum, folding origami, writing in a little notebook, and all kinds of other distractions.

"Get evil" means you're done doing those things for now. Harden your resolve, shuffle toward the door. The team knows their roles, they know the floorplan in their sleep.
