A fractured wrist has thrown a wrench of sorts into my plans for this year. I'm out of climbing for 3 months, I'll be missing out on a climbing trip to Smith Rock in April, and since none of my base layers fit over my cast, I'll probably be an extra 6 weeks behind in my #52HikeChallange. This has all been a bit difficult for me to cope with; staying inside day after day is not one of my strong suits. However, I just received my first Cairn package today and I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks for giving me something to look forward to. I'm waiting (not so) patiently to answer the call of the mountains. #cairnrocks #getcairn
