I just wanted to point out a little error from the last memo, It should be Dr. STEPHEN Strange. Victor Strange was his brother in canon, was never a doctor, and died when he was 20. Dr. Stephen Strange was the sorcerer supreme guy.

So, lets say someone younger was turned into a vampire. Someone about 13 or younger. Would they still grow up and experience puberty and all or would they be trapped in a perpetual state of childhood?

I sincerely wish my answer to this was just speculation.But no. A vampire does not change once he is turned, whatever the age.

So is it at all possible for vampires to get sick? Maybe not with human diseases, but with anything specific to fighting them?

Perhaps you should ask Adam. Last I heard, he'd come down with a nasty cough.

If we can that would explain a few of the more bizarre or savage varies of vampire.

Though we would not 'die' from any aliment, we would almost certainly adapt to it and possibly even pass it along to those the infected turn.
