I played bobbin chicken last night and won! 290 yds or thereabouts. I really love this yarn and I can't wait to set the twist and see how it looks after it gets fluffier from washing.

Starting a super fun project today! Little known fact, I LOVEEE CRAFTING AND CREATING. It makes me so happy and keeps me busy. Anything artsy that I can do with my hands makes me a happy lady. I have been OBSESSING over these crazy cool rave/ burning man hats that people have been wearing and decided to buy all the supplies and tackle making my own. That way I can make it EXACTLY how I want it and it will be a very cool personal touch that I can finish any outfit with. Saturday project! This bird cage used to sit on the patio table with candles in it. Over time, and in the heat, the candles melted & warped, and took on dirt, leaving the inside of the cage and the patio table covered in one inch thick, dirty, black wax 😞. I cleaned up the table a few months back, but have been eyeing this darn cage for over a year! Today was step one-scraping out all of that filthy wax.
