i think that despite the fact i look very average and slightly ugly, i am actually an island of strangeness.

if im an island, then its okay to be alone, bc thats how islands work

Strange & Getting Stranger:

• Voters in the State of Utah are 54% of Republican, 12% Democrat & 34% Independent. Yet one of Utah’s 2 Republican Senators was the only Republican to vote to impeach President Trump.  Huh?

• At the conclusion of U.S.A.’s State of the Union speech by President Trump, the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, publicly (on national television) tears up her paper copy of the speech with visible disgust. Classless/childish or inspiring/courageous or both? Or just a sore loser’s tantrum? A tantrum!

• The Russians and/or the Clinltons have hacked the Iowa primary elections; “some” results will likely be available “sometime”. . . there is a “software code” problem with the app. These are the folks that want to run the country...no problem. Right?

• Sadly Rush Limbaugh, who smoked much of his life, is diagnosed with lung cancer. Wishing him well.

• With strippers providing ½-time entertainment, the Chiefs won Super Bowl LIV by a substantial margin much to the displeasure of the Fox TV announcers.

• Kobe Bryant’s helicopter, lacking instrument flight certification, crashed in heavy fog killing all on-board.

• China builds hospital in 9 days to treat coronavirus patients; is 9 days really possible? The virus originated from: bat soup? wolf puppies? snakes? seafood? Canada? Wuhan wet market? Huh?

• In December 2019 it was revealed the Mormon Church has quietly amassed investments valued at $100 billion. Wow!

• Jeffrey Epstein hung himself in the Manhattan federal jail one night while on suicide watch, with 2 TV monitors watching him, two federal guards responsible for his well being, and standing on the floor. Huh?

• On Mar 13, 2019 Boeing grounded all 737 Max aircraft for a “software code” problem; as of Feb 4, 2020 they are still grounded. Takes a long time to write code...right?

• PG&E agreed to pay $11 billion to settle claims for wildfires caused by poor line maintenance in 2017 & 2018. To avoid the same risk in 2019 PG&E simply shut off the power to Northern & Central California (1 million + customers) whenever a storm went through the area; a truly 3rd world solution. What if the $11 billion had been spent on the line maintenance needed to prevent fires? Huh?

The One You Once Knew

Trying to recapture some lost moment’s rapture desperately needing someone to care you look to the mirror yet could it be clearer that the one you once knew who maybe once loved you is no longer there

i added a new song, i was just going to upload it to tumblr cause i'm not really sure what i think about it/how i feel about it, but the file was too big so i just uploaded it to band camp

i plan to add more songs to 'feelings club' once the recordings are collected and re-formatted
