Whoa, reaching this milestone...I can’t even begin to express how it feels. Thank you. All of you. I write my fics because I want them to be written, but I publish them because I want to share with the world, so thank you for treasuring this piece like I have. That my first fanfiction ever, my silly little idea that made me stay up many nights, would get to this point...

And, with Chapter 21, ends the first fic of the series. I decided to split the 2 parts up into 2 fics due to the dark themes that will be taking place in Part 2. It will still be a SFW fic (and hopefully I can still rate it Teen, I don’t want to make things THAT awful...or maybe I do). Getting Lost Being Found is not Abandoned!
I can’t remember if I mentioned this but I was taken off my ADHD meds for a while because the ones I was on were messing with my heart (which was why 18 was so late). I still haven’t been able to get back on a different set of meds (the insurance company has to approve it first and the doctors office has to send them a letter, etc). So I have not been able to pay attention for long periods of time. I’d be able to work past this if it wasn’t for the fact that my meds also seem to help manage my anxiety. So now I have a moderate to severe anxiety attack basically every day (I have even been nonverbal for 24 hours now except with my dog), still have thesis work to do, another paper to write, an independent study to start, and perform my petsitting jobs on the side. I am hoping to get out the next chapter by this Sunday.
TL:DR- i’m alive if maybe not well, next chapter will hopefully be out by Sunday
