Here to see Dr. Ley for my pre-op for stage 2!! Dr. Ley was trained by and works with Dr. Toby Meltzer in Scottsdale, AZ. I had stage 1 (Urethral lengthening and vaginectomy) with her 3 months ago, and today I’ll be having stage 2 (scrotoplasty and placement of perms/testicular implants). They currently accept WA Apple Health (what I have), Kaiser, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
