I took this picture about 2 weeks ago. The one on the left was from a year ago. There's progress but I can get better. I've switched my diet thanks to my crazy bully best friends but there's room for improvement still. My goal is to now be leaner and stronger for a very important day in February 2018. I've also picked up on a basketball league every Saturday. Interestingly enough, i had always played basketball while overweight so running up and down the court was impossible. Now? I don't want to sub out. My biggest advice to everyone? Don't beat yourself up and have patience. Easier said than done, I know but even if you do 5 min on a treadmill or 1 set on a shoulder press machine means that you are craving that change and that you are willing to do it. Take that first step. It takes time but most importantly, it takes energy.
