One thing that I can admit to is Consistency takes brain power! It takes Will Power! This I the first time I've worked out in 6 days(so not like me). I can tell you a whole lot of excuses why I missed working out but nothing will justify my slack, because I have 24 hours in a day that I didn't manage very well evidently. However I will never quit! Failure is only when you quit! And just like the last time, I am back at it. I am not ashamed of my downfall because I know I am helping someone else with this post to get back to it. In addition starting Monday is my day one for off-season bikini prep! This is definitely making me uncomfortable but I want something so big that I must do the daily disciplines and put in the hard work.
