Gaza is currently under a ceasefire making it the most crucial time to offer support and donations to it’s people. I have shared many asks with gofundme links of Palestinians in dire need of donations, whatever the circumstance they’re in, for those links please check the tags I use for this post. Today, I want to share a story of one Palestinian family that lives in Gaza. Hatem is a 26 year old Father who recently lost his wife and is looking after his sister and five children alone. He underwent a colon surgery due to severe colitis and is having severe pain in his eye, so much so he needs another surgery or he will lose his sight. I know to any of you reading, money is tight especially in these pressing times, but anything helps! I fear that the least humanity can do is pay attention to these people’s stories.

This post is different than my usual “sleazy photography”, but before I am my passions, I am a human with empathy. Whatever your political beliefs may be, it is undeniably inhumane to let these people suffer.

For the last year, I’ve been in crushing poverty and crippling food insecurity. That’s six weeks or more of no groceries, no phone service, no transportation, no doctors visits, and no self care routines.
