Eastern History and Civilizations is probably the easiest class Kinji decided to sign up for this semester. Beyond a certain point, he physically lived the events that they discuss, giving him the upper hand when it came down to quizzes and other things of that nature. What he doesn’t have the upper hand on, is basic interactions with his classmates. So, when he’s paired with Yaya to work on a presentation about Japan in the mid 1600s, he’s more than a little frustrated and confused. Still, he introduces himself with a small smile, leaving out what he is because frankly, the ghost looks like she’s too uncertain to be comfortable with working with someone who used to torture people for fun.

The girl is young, and cute, he has to admit, but the things she says about Japan confuse Kinji beyond reason. “Let’s just.. figure out what we want to focus on before I tell you all the things that are wrong with what you just said,” he finally says after she pops in with the fourth incorrect comment about Hakone and the shrine. He knows she means well, and clearly she’s read the textbook, but he’s been trying to work on revisions for the textbooks for 3 years now- a constant battle with the board to prove to them that some of the information they gave their students was painfully incorrect.

favorite place on campus ??

“the forest is pretty cool, it’s fun to explore, you can kinda disappear into another world, there’s some beautiful shit in there. also wherever tyler is at any given time.”

favorite movie ??

“wouldn’t it be hilarious if I said something like twilight, or interview with a vampire or some shit? actually interview with a vampire is a pretty decent movie, kinda feel bad for putting it up there with twilight… anyway, irrelevant. my favourite movie is fight club.”

favorite thing to do in your past time ??

“draw, hang out with tyler, annoy people and get into trouble. whatever seems fun and interesting at the time really.”

“I like pretty much all food, it just kinda depends on what I’m feeling like at any given time. I guess more often then not it’s burgers so probably that?”

most annoying person on campus ??

“pretty much everyone’s annoyed me at some point or another (except minhwan of course). but I’m particularly not fond of @kvtrinas, and I’m sure she’s well aware of why.”
