Miami Bass and Ghettotech music were the sound of some of the most booty-shaking tracks back in the day! Groups like 2 Live Crew garnered a lot of attention, to some extent though that overshadowed the production side of the genre. On this 2000 release put out by Mo’Wax Records it was all about putting the focus on the beats. It also had the effect of not distracting listeners too much with sexually explicit lyrics as found in the rap tracks on Disk 1 of this version, which wasn't part of the above. If you were left unsure about how to react to the music, the album cover left you with no doubt about the dancing expectations...
