She’s a closeted lesbian who hasn’t spoken to her family in years because of it, she’s struggling financially through grad school, she lives in a shitty apartment, and she’s just, essentially, offered to help a ghost figure out how to be a ghost.

But the hopeful look in Adora’s eyes is still there, and she’s wearing the first genuine smile Catra’s ever seen on her, and she’s almost blindsided by how beautiful Adora is.

So Catra nods and says, “yeah, I’ll help you figure it out,” because really, how hard can it be?

Glimmadora - Haunted

Glimmer waits and waits, watching the sun dip behind the horizon.

When the moon appears, shining a new light, she begins looking around for the one she loves most.

The ghostly form of Adora appears--the blonde having passed many, many years ago while Glimmer has lived on forever.

With tears in her eyes, Glimmer steps close, attempting to hold her wife's hand again despite knowing it will only pass through it.

"Hi, Starlight," Glimmer grins, "I've missed you."
