well i just picked up my coffee and without warning my arm/hand shook violently and spilled a considerable amount of the coffee all over my torso

this in itself isn’t worth noting, i have a tremor which varies in severity and i spill things on myself all the time; what WAS surprising and upsetting was that i was totally unaware of whatever happened to my arm while it happened, like, i did not experience the sensation of it shaking or even get a chance to attempt stabilizing it. i picked up my coffee and then it was just... on me

i’m having a pretty bad day body-wise so this isn’t outside the realm of reason, but still, kinda freaky
