Out around The Rockies and too many disasters deep, three young scavengers have become fast friends amid a dangerous and uncaring world.
Tiberius Casella, street-smart and confident, leads the gang from one job to the next with just a grin and a prayer.
Sloan Schaffer, a sharpshooter with a too-quick trigger finger, keeps the worst foes at bay.
And Asher Davis, caring, quiet, and tough as an ox, might just be the glue that holds the whole gang together.
The bond they've formed, however, has yet to face it's ultimate test. What happens when a father's gift turns out to be a curse? What happens when a greater evil turns its eye on the group? How can three kids with nothing but luck on their side hold it together against the odds?
Ghost Bricks (volume 1) is done after two long and chaotic years of work! It all started as a strange dream (literally, I had a dream about it) and now it's real!
There is a free demo available here!
The book available for purchase in digital form on my ko-fi, and through all the stores at this link!

If you are looking forward to Ghost Bricks Volume 2 and want to be updated as soon as I start working on it, follow my Ko-fi.
If you want to be updated whenever one of my books is done, join my mailing list.
If you want to support my continued work, consider becoming a Bunker Goblin on Ko-fi as well ^^
Christmas gift for my lovely partner @emmettkane of one of the protagonists of the book he's working on, but I threw her in the DS9 uniform because I see what your current hyperfixation is dear <3
Howdy ho, college semester has started up so I’ll keep the update brief:
I LOVE PROGRAMMING GRAAAAAAAH!!!!!
Last month I directed a team for a game jam game where your robovac has been possessed be a demonic spirit! Go play it!
I’ve been picking at Ghost Houses! I’m drafting the final act and feeling quite good about the results so far, and I’ll be scouting beta readers soon, so if you’re interested or know anyone who might be, shoot me a DM!
I’m trying some new stuff with game dev to make practice quicker and more fruitful, so I might manage to put up some stuff that’s actually playable sometime, which would be pretty sick. Tiny games, basic platformers, maybe some gimmicky stuff, we’ll see~
Anyway, that’s the scoop, you know how it is: follow me on Ko-fi to keep up with my projects, check out my Itch for my games and books, and hop on my mailing list to get an announcement whenever I release a new book, and I’ll catch you next time!
Retail options are a little limited, but you can put it on your shelf, or hold it in your hands, or throw it into the sun!
Check out these sick nasty links!

Yeah, that's it. That's the whole thing. Go get it.

Howdy-ho, felicitations, and other assorted greetings!
It’s a new year, and boy does stuff just Keep. Happening. I wish it would stop doing that :(
Still, I’ve been plenty busy between writing and game dev (more on that later).
Ghost Bricks, Live!
I already threw out announcements to it all over the place, but Ghost Bricks Vol. 1 has Gone Physical! Check it out, and tell all your friends!
Ghost Bricks Vol. 2 is almost through the planning/timeline phase too! Fingers crossed, I’ll have a first draft done by the end of the quarter, and we’ll be onto beta reading soon after that if we’re really lucky!
Derelict?
Or, how I learned how long it takes to make a game.
The answer is: a long time! I started the year off by challenging myself to actually go make some video games by myself, since…I dunno, I think they’re neat and I’ve been wanting to for awhile. The good news is that I have started doing that! The bad news is that my ambition knows no limit!
We’re starting off with a text adventure game called Derelict, where you play as a salvage android in search of valuable garbage on a dilapidated space-wreck. Relying on your wit and the advice of Dalia, your handler/advisor/lifestyle-critic, you seek the stellar equivalent of a bunch of stolen catalytic converters in order to prove your value to the company, and maybe even buy your freedom.
If that sounds compelling to you, congratulations! It’s not done! I do have a little teaser for you though, just a glimpse for what’s in-store, and I’ll have something playable in the near-future in any case!
For Your Eyes Only!
I watched Korra last month, the whole thing!
It’s everything I could’ve hoped, between the excellent action, whimsical sense of humor, and rock-solid worldbuilding, plus a cast of even more fucked up villains than the first go around~
I’ve also been reading Picard: The Dark Veil, and I gotta say, Star Trek translates beautifully to the page. Also a definite recommendation.
Lost And Found
That’s the big and small of it! I’m still drawing for fun and trying desperately to keep up with my classes. If you’re looking forward to Ghost Bricks, follow my mailing list, and if you want to see Derelict when it’s ready, follow my Itch! (Or follow my Ko-fi for all the news)
See you next time, and stay safe! It's getting spooky out there!
Salutations, you heartless monsters! (affectionate)
I’ve been a busy little bee this past month, drawing, organizing projects, and getting back to classes! Ghost Bricks is available (plus a free demo!), I’ve acquired a mascot of sorts, and new ideas are breaking down my door at an even faster rate!
Ghost Bricks Is Live!
You heard that right, Ghost Bricks is done after two chaotic years, one move, a change in career, and a million joys and heartaches! You can get the whole thing at all of These places or in the Ko-fi shop! There’s even a Free Demo to read if you’re on the fence!
I may have fallen in love with this story a long time ago, but give it a read and let me know what you think in the comments here or on my socials~
Meet Widget!
I live in an unspecified post-soviet bunker network! It has wi-fi, electric, and mostly-functional plumbing, which would be miraculous if I just found the place like that, but bunkers don’t maintain themselves, goblins do!
Meet Widget:
She was just down here, and she keeps the place from falling apart, lucky me! Unfortunately, it’s a lot of work and the two of us aren’t always enough. If you’re interested in helping keep the place together, consider joining the ranks of the Bunker Goblins.
Not only does the contribution help me out, but you’ll be allowed to vote in a monthly poll to decide what I write an essay about in addition to my usual productions!
GREED
I’ve got another project in the works, a foray into the realm of graphic novels! It’ll be western, it’ll be cowboy, there might even be some characters or a story! It's very preliminary right now, but stay tuned for updates as I get started on development for that!
Ghost Bricks Volume 2?
No ETA on that, but it will be sooner if there's more interest in it. Probably a year or two regardless! I've got a lot plates in the air right now 😔
Lost And Found
The rest of my business this month was a hodgpodge! Team BWEE (my group) came in fourth in the Cafe Dot Birthday Gamejam, the TTRPGS I play in have really started heating up, I’ve gotten more interested in writing essays, and I’m going back to college!
That’s a lot, and it’s only getting busier! Either way, give me a follow for more updates and feel free to ask me questions via my ask-box ^^
Rough, thin hands work through the heap. The scavenger’s stomach growls. He works faster. Scraps fly, bits of metal and discarded screws, old tools and bolts and wire nuts. Something gleams in the dimness, in the rust. His eyes narrow. He grins.
The prize, his prize, rises from the pile. A gold ring with a shining stone and no hand to call home. “Finders, keepers.”
The scavenger’s stomach growls again. He pockets the ring and chirrups, grinning.
“One more meal, at least.”

Tiberius Casella is one of three scavengers in Ghost Bricks. He bounces happily from one odd-job to the next, and his finest work is done where others dare not tread: not for danger, but for pride.
There’s no dumpster too modest to dive, no bunker too dilapidated to venture, and no scrap too worn to sell for a quick buck.
At least, not as far as Tiber is concerned.
---
If you’re interested in seeing how well Tiber’s attitude serves him in the face of peril, give the Ghost Bricks demo a read! If you’re impressed by that, check out the full book on my Ko-fi, or at any of these links!
