Ghost eyes alien stage au is so crazy it's two things i care deeply about so i've been on and off trying to make this work how I want I'm trying SO hard
Okay but like I don't know bc in my heart I want tobimelo but I KNOW that Emilio has to be Ivan bc like duh. Then I thought maybe Carmelo could be Sua for rudymelo but then I was like well out of the two Carmelo would be mizi but I like Rudy being mizi bc he has that same hidden rage and has issues being feminized, just like mizi. So then if Rudy stays mizi and Carmelo can't be Sua, who then?!!?!?! Ben... Eeew ew ew anyways see the vision with me right now. Right now in Zomst Sua is getting more of her personality revealed and she's turning out to be a lot more obsessive than we thought, sexualizing Mizi just like the public is. Okay now back to ghost eyes SEE. SEE HOW. THEY CONNECT.
Mattias I thought deeply about making Hyuna bc he's been doing a lot of digging around and figuring things out, just like how Hyuna is trying to infiltrate anakt and like launch a missile or whatever they're doing. So that definitely could change, BUT what made me connect mattias to Luka was his behavior RIGHT NOW in the story. He feels like very ready to rage bait. I love mattias I want to get him right. If Mattias is Luka and Carmelo is Hyuna they'd have this strange dynamic that I've never considered before but for the sake of this au I will say these two don't have quite the same dynamic that they do in alnst.
If Carmelo is Hyuna dino and Francis can be Isaac and Dewey
All of this is if we're thinking about connecting the characters to each other in a way that makes sense to alien stage, if we were to do an at where they're all themselves and different outcomes unfolded then this would probably be easier, but alien stage has such a closed world. Its world is so focused on the characters we rarely ever see what's happening outside of them. We barely know anything about the aliens as well. How many rebellions are there? Are there more places like the alien stage? We don't reeeally know? Like we have an idea but it's never looked too deeply at.
