Note: Stiles is a ghost in this one, but it isn’t angsty so don’t scroll on just yet! Instead, it has a bit of a comedic slant, with the snarky Sterek dynamic translating so well to Stiles haunting Derek’s house. I’d love to read more in this ‘verse, but as it hasn’t had a new installment since 2011, I don’t have high hopes. Still, showing it a little more love can’t hurt!

Derek moves into Stiles’ old house on a Monday.

Note: Stiles is a ghost in this one, but I don’t mean it to be a pun when I describe the way this is written as ‘haunting’. I love the natural integration of Stiles’ memories from when he was alive and descriptions of Scott are another highlight.

The brunt of the Sterek relationship occurs in the first part, which can be read as a stand alone, and the rest expands into an overarching plot and the introduction of other characters.

A couple of warnings: the MCD tag just refers to Stiles being a ghost, and in the seventh part, there are scenes involving Stiles/Jackson and Stiles/Isaac. Stiles or Derek with anyone else = notp for me, but the instances are brief with no feelings involved and easily skippable if it’s not your cup of tea. If that puts you off, I implore you to at least read the first part, if nothing else!

I'm looking for an American Horror Story AU fic, I remember it's the murder house like in first season AHS, Stiles, Isaac, Lydia, Jackson are all ghosts in the house, Derek comes, then leaves, then Scott comes and (spoilers) dies accidentally and him and Isaac get together, and then Stiles finds Derek later and he's dying of a long-term illness?
