I could listen to him pronounce ‘particular’ all day forever
omg yes! when i was writing out that sentence for the post i really wanted to find SOME way to like phonetically represent how he says it bc it is PURE GOLD but i could not make it work. honorable mention goes to his pronunciation of “number” and “mister.”

Honestly my favorite part was him imagining people at work were wondering why he was wearing headphones and compiling data!!! He needs a podcast to talk abt his activities he’s convinced others care about!!! He misses it!!!!!!!
Harry was cranked up to 11 because he’s kept all of his podcast dragon energy inside for so long with no outlet!! HELP HIM!!!
herstrionics replied to your post “so yesterday harry ent3n was on podsa and idk what that was like for…”
THE RABBI JOKE I DIED i miss himmmmmm
I KNOWWWW the thing is when micah took his spot i almost immediately discovered that i REALLY like micah too, i love his bickering and his nancy pelosi defense and his dry world-weariness, so it’s not like i listen to 538 in constant distress at harry’s absence and yet... there is still a harry-shaped hole in my podcast heart :(
jamwingles replied to your post “so yesterday harry ent3n was on podsa and idk what that was like for…”
WHIZ KID HARRY ENTEN!!!
my favorite thing is that someone who is not a 538 devotee messaged me in shock yesterday that the avuncular senior citizen she’d heard on thursday’s pod was in fact a genuine kid /certified infant.
ohjafeeljadefinitelyfeel replied to your post: attn
and my date with j-love would be me poking him in his round little cheeks over and over while he sways my hands away and snaps, “quit it,” cranking over and over.

ohjafeeljadefinitelyfeel answered your question:how many words is considered too long for a one...
I hope the answer isn’t “50k” because that’s where I’m living right now. DO WHAT YOU WANT LIFE IS SHORT WE’RE ALL DYING! DON’T LIMIT YOUR ONE-SHOTS! LET THEM BREATHE!
you wouldn’t happen to be talking about the OMDB sequel would you? I’m fangirling. but YEAH! I’M GOING TO LET THE ONESHOT BREATHE.

I'm looking for an American Horror Story AU fic, I remember it's the murder house like in first season AHS, Stiles, Isaac, Lydia, Jackson are all ghosts in the house, Derek comes, then leaves, then Scott comes and (spoilers) dies accidentally and him and Isaac get together, and then Stiles finds Derek later and he's dying of a long-term illness? Thanks so much, you're doing the lords work!
Probably

Stiles was the first one. He doesn’t know how it started, what’s wrong with the house to make it like this, but he knows that he’s the first of them. The next one was Boyd, then Lydia, then Erica, and lastly, Isaac. It seems a habit, anyone who ever moves into the house leaves someone behind. But no one’s lived in the house for the last ten years.
To the best person on this planet: Once you get this you have to say five things you like about yourself, publicly, then send it to 10 of you favorite followers (non-negotiable) (positivity is cool) hope you have a great day!
1. I make very tasty (very strong) cocktails.
2. I have an encyclopedic memory for fandom things. Per example: I remember EVERYTHING about the Game of Thrones books. Who does that. I don’t even like them that much.
3. I am an A+ procrastinator. I can put things off until the very last minute, but I never miss a deadline.
4. I have impeccable grammar.
5. I’m super great at being on my own. I genuinely enjoy being alone. I feel like that’s an underrated skill.

(Alex’s questions)
1. What is your favourite time of day?
Nighttime, like 8 or 9pm onwards.
2. If you had three wishes, what would you wish for? (excluding cheats like “more wishes”)
H O N E S T L Y I’d probably be boring and selfish as fuck and wish for 1. a solid permanent stage management job at a theatre that produces work that I can be proud of, 2. a decent one-bedroom apartment in a major metropolis (probably Toronto) with either a balcony or a fire escape that I can sit on, 3. to lose like, a little bit of weight without having to do anything about it.
3. What is your guilty pleasure movie?
Sydney White will forever be my hangover movie. Also Balto, but I feel zero guilt about that one.
4. What was your favourite kid’s cartoon?
BALTO. That was an animated movie, does that count? No? The probably the Hercules animated series. Or Digimon.
5. Favourite hair colour? (Ginger, brunette etc.)
For myself or for people I’m attracted to? I’m pretty partial to darker hair in general but I do have a soft spot for redheads and I’ve been getting highlights lately.
6. If you had to be born and raised in another country, what would you want it to be?
Based on the industry I want to work in and what I like to do, probably the US or the UK/Ireland.
7. Dream place to visit?
My best friend and I have this pipedream for a road trip across Canada all the way to Vancouver, down the west coast of the US and into Tijuana, and then cut diagonally across back to Windsor/Detroit. So either that or Ireland.
8. Favourite app? Why?
THIS WAS LITERALLY A QUESTION I WAS ASKED IN A JOB INTERVIEW LAST YEAR I SHIT YOU NOT. I dunno, my bank’s mobile app lets me deposit cheques by taking a picture of them. That’s pretty dope. Also I love Snapchat.
9. Favourite academic subject?
Through highschool my favourites were always English and Drama.
10. How long have you been on tumblr?
I distinctly remember cruising through tumblr in grade 12 when we had class time in computer labs and stuff, and that was in 2009 and 2010.
11. If you could purchase one thing right now - anything - what would you buy?
I’ve been bugging my mom lately about the awful dish rack we have and was seriously considering going to Walmart after work today to pick up one that isn’t the worst.
(Krystal’s questions)
1. What is your Hogwarts House?
Pottermore put me in Slytherin and sometimes I feel like a Hufflepuff. I’m a Slytherpuff, it’s a thing.
2. If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?
I’m gonna be a sappy asshole and say my uncle Paul. He lost his fight with AIDS in 2001, I was 9 when he died, and I want to know what he was like.
3. What is your favorite spell (Harry Potter)?
Accio. I lose shit all the goddamn time.
4. What is a movie you would watch for the rest of your life, if you could only choose one?
BALTO.
5. What is your favorite Disney princess?
Does Nala count?
6. What is your favorite season?
This was part of the discussion question I had to answer today for one of my online courses! My favourite season is autumn.
7. Do you hear the people sing, singing the song of angry men?
IT IS THE MUSIC OF A PEOPLE WHO WILL NOT BE SLAVES AGAIN.
8. If you could make anything into a college course, what would it be?
I know a billion Shakespeare courses already exist, but I’m obsessed with imaginative adaptations of Shakespeare that don’t give a single fuck about race or gender. I wish I had been able to take more courses about Shakespeare that didn’t look at the source material like a textbook.
9. DC or Marvel comics?
Marvel, but I’m only just getting into the MCU and have zero understanding about DC.
10. If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
If my French was better than it is right now, I would love to live in Montreal.

So many adventures! Perhaps a few shiny things!
(Nat’s questions)
1. Chris Pratt, Chris Evans or Chris Hemsworth?
One billion percent Chris Pratt.
2. Name a person you admire a lot.
My sister tbh, which freaks me out a little to realize.
3. What do you think is the best bed time story.
HOOOOOKAY KIDS BUCKLE UP, IMMA TELL YOU MY FAVOURITE STORY I HEARD GROWING UP. IT’S ABOUT THE TIME MY DAD HITCH HIKED ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
So I’m from Windsor, Ontario, it’s a mid-sized blue collar city across the river from Detroit, Michigan. There’s not a lot going on here aside from now-defunct auto plants, and as a late teen/early twenty-something it becomes really depressing to consider spending the rest of your life in this city. So sometime in the mid-70s, my dad, crust punk pothead, second of nine siblings, no motivation to do anything substancial, decides he’s gonna fuck off to Vancouver. He and a few of his buddies move out there, get minimum wage jobs, share a house, buy really cheep bush weed. After about a year or so of living there, dad’s friends start moving back to Ontario but they’re going one at a time and my dad doesn’t really realize that everyone’s left until he gets up one morning and notices that all of his housemates are junkies. This will not do, so he decides it’s probably time to go back home.
Now, someone wanting to hitch hike from Vancouver to Windsor is already about to set out on a massive undertaking. It’s roughly a three day drive under the best circumstances, but my dad likes to complicate things. His theory is he has no real deadline to get back to Ontario, so he might as well have some adventure on the way home. He debates between hitchiking down through California and then back up to Windsor, or up through Alaska and then back down to Windsor. He decides on Alaska and gets to a highway and sticks his thumb out. Things go reasonably smoothly until he gets to the airport in Whitehorse, Yukon.
My dad has read in some hippie magazine (remember we’re in the mid 70s here) that if you want to hitch a ride at an airport, you need to hang out by the weather office. All of the non-commercial aircrafts have to check in at the weather office to clear their flight paths, so if you hang out around there with all of your bags so they know how much space you’re gonna occupy, you stand a pretty good chance of scoring a ride. My dad hangs out by the weather office with his backpack and manages to score a ride with an Alaskan bush pilot on his way to some conference or convention in Toronto. Easy, he thinks. I’ve hitch hiked from Toronto to Windsor plenty of times, once I’m there I might as well be home.
Turns out Alaskan bush pilots don’t really do much complex navigating when they’re piloting around the Alaskan bush. This guy my dad got a ride with pulls out a fucking road map and is following the goddamn highway. I guess his theory was that if things go tits up he’d like to crash somewhere that paramedicas can access. Fair enough, whatever. Dude says they need to stop in Winnipeg and refuel before completing their journey to Toronto, so they start heading for the Winnipeg International Airport. The thing about the Winnipeg International Airport is that it’s an international fucking airport and they will try and communicate with you on the radio thing to avoid collision and death an destruction. This guy is accustomed to piloting about in the Alaskan bush, his radio is used for communication such as “hey there Bill, I’m coming in right about now.” At this point, the radio is going nuts. People at the airport are asking for coordinates and getting frantic, so dude gets overwhelmed and just shuts it off. He’s sticking with his road map, goddamnit. As they’re closing in on the airport, he tells my dad, “Alright. You’ve got twelve to six, I’ve got six to twelve. Keep your eyes peeled.” As soon as they land, the plane is surrounded by cop cars. My dad hops out, waves goodbye, and never sees this dude again.
He hitch hiked the rest of the way in land-based vehicles.
4. What is your favorite album?
Right now it’s probably Bon Iver’s self-titled album.
5. Favorite sandwich.
I love a grilled cheese.
6. Shows or movies?
I think it depends on the story you want to tell! Movies allow a finite completion, they can’t be extended for another season and dragged out unecessarily. Shows give me more time with my favourite characters and the nuance of their universes.
7. A language you’d like to learn.
I would love to speak Spanish, and I wish my French was better.
8. What is the last thing you bought?
A pizza at my work. It was really good.
9. If you had to choose, what kind of art do you prefer?
I LOVE ALL OF THE ART. As far as strictly visual art is concerned, I love installations and mixed media pieces, but I also just went to a few exhibits within the past few months and now I’m fascinated by Basquiat and Frida Kahlo. As far as theatre goes, I love Southern Gothic Dramas and imaginative adaptations of Shakespeare.
10. Android, apple or window?
I use Apple products.
11. Who was your hero when you were a child?
Anne Boelyn, because I was a fucking weirdo.
My questions:
1. What is the absolute first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
2. If you were to impulse-buy a plane ticket right now, where would that ticket take you?
3. Do you have any nervous habits or tics?
4. What was the weather like today?
5. Is there a book you’ve been meaning to read (or a movie or series you’ve been meaning to watch), but haven’t gotten around to yet?
6. How do you take your coffee?
7. Pudding: yay or nay?
8. Tell me something nice about the last person you texted.
9. What is your go-to karaoke song?
10. Where was the last place you travelled out of town? What did you do there?
