No wonder Hugh morris got hoes. He’s a tall clown twink with pointy ears that’s likely white under all that make up. And all of them looked like they had tumblr accounts. Of course he would get attention.

Is there is one true TM method to determine if a fic is objectively good (hits, kudos, comments or a ratio of any of the two)?
No stat or combination of stats can guarantee the quality of a work. I know some people find looking at stats a useful way to filter works they would like to read or use them to figure out if their own fanwork is doing well, but these numbers cannot tell how a work will resonant with any individual person. All the numbers can tell is the following:
A hit is when someone has opened a work and is also registered as a unique view on that work. The way that a hit is measured resets so if someone visits a work and then opens it again two weeks later that counts that one person will leave two hits on the work even though its the same person. Hits cannot tell you the number times your work has been clicked or how many people have seen a work. They can only give an estimate for how often a work has been open over time.
A kudos is counted when someone clicks the kudos button. Some people tap the button for every work they finish reading, some only tap the button only if they would rate the work 5 stars. There's many people who kudoses for reasons inbetween. All the kudos measures is the number of times someone has clicked that button.
A comment is when someone leaves a message on a work. The number can be the result of a bunch of different people commenting or it can be a limited number of people having a conversation.
When these numbers are high, that can certainly suggest that work is well-liked. However, it could also be because the work is older and has had more time to accumulate any of these. It can also be because that work lends itself to more that kind of interaction than a different kind of work. For example, regardless of how good a smut work is, these often have very low kudos or comment rates because in general people are a little too shy to have their username associated with a sexy work.
Sometimes I see people comment that a ratio of hits to kudos or kudos to comments can measure how good a work is. A high ratio can show that a work has a high view to engagement conversion. This can correlate with the quality of a good. It could also be that the work was posted as part of an event and that event encourages people to read and kudos/comment on all works in the event collection. It could also be that the work is well known an so more people recommend it to others which just increases that potential that work will receive kudos and comments.
If you find using these ratios or status a fun way to interact or filter works, I am not here to yuck on your yum. I just personally had had a bad relationship with my stats page in the past. Now, I alternate between periods of checking it and periods of not caring at all. These numbers only mean as much as you give them power to.
I have solidified my commissions pricing and made it more comprehensive.

I have four writings in Queue:
1 Peter Park fluff/angst scenario/imagine
1 JJ SMUT short
and
2 Rafe scenarios/imagines
I'm going to attempt dipping my toes into another fandom. Depending on how well, or poorly, the Peter Parker scenario is received than I'll either continue on with just OBX writing, or I'll include more fandoms.
