Ghostly
Here are some doodles and a rough painting exploring River’s other mystic ability. (She was mutated twice, the first one with deer dna gave her plant powers, the second with mushroom dna gave her ghost-like abilities.) She can turn transparent-ish and float (and maybe shrink?) She is also accompanied by a mist-like substance that she could use to lift things, if she could focus. However she can hardly control these abilities. They are usually set off by feelings of fear, pain, sadness, or overwhelm. (However, if she’s feeling protective of someone, she’s less likely to turn ghost-like.)
#I hope all of you have a lovely and safe halloween#sofia’s art#rottmnt#rise of the tmnt#my oc#rise sona#mutant sona#deer mutant#deer#mushroom deer#ghost-like#rise oc#rottmnt oc#rottmnt sona#she can’t phase through things like ghost bear#and there’s no guarantee using her powers will protect her from attacks#hmm the doodle where she’s kind of sitting ended up looking more like a dog oh well#I guess it’s partially because I kept the legs more animal-like#and deer don’t really sit like that#also her tail is longer than those of actual deer -#that’s because when I originally designed River she was a kind of deer from another world#it’s fun to draw little floaty doodles of her#she can shrink down to be smaller than Warren#she can be pocket-sized#though she doesn’t always shrink when in her ghostly form#she also has a hard time stopping being ghost-like once she starts#sometimes she can listen to music or pray and sometimes she needs a friend to calm her down#sometimes she can’t stop and it’s just a stay huddled up in a blanket kind of day
