A teru teru bōzu-themed cyber security robot. His Phantom Hold scrambles enemies' sensors to stun them.

I actually had an old GhostMan concept myself but I didn't really like the design so I used the adopt to revamp him (with some tweaks to keep certain aspects I did like, such as the mostly-orange color scheme and the teru teru bōzu shape). the design that became FizzyWoman on the other hand I just thought was cool as hell 😎 and re: the CD data, Ghost's had data for a while but I wanted to make one for Fizzy to match
