AU where when Klaus finds the hidden notes about their mothers, he gets hold of not only his mom’s information but also Ben’s and soon as they know who their mothers are they go in a journey to find about their origins instead of waiting.

And it could go many ways:

It could be Klaus and Ghost Ben where Ben was there when Klaus find the notes and Klaus’ steals from Reginald in order to make both the trip to Pennsylvania and later to South Korea, with a heartbreaking moment with Ben’s family as Klaus has to tell them about Ben’s death.

It could be a Ben Lives AU where their relationship is strained and Klaus gets Ben’s information as a way to convince Ben to take him to Pennsylvania and they end up reconnecting with each other in the process.

Maybe Klaus grabs all the notes from Reginald’s desk and convince everyone to tag along in finding their mothers.

Or could be Klaus and Sparrow Ben after the timeline is reset, and when they get to South Korea they not only find Ben’s family but also find a Ben who was never taken by Reginald (going by the theory that the Ben in the train in the post credit scene is either a resurrected Umbrella Ben or a different Ben all together).

Which scenario doesn’t matter, all I want is Klaus and Ben going into a journey of self discovery together and for them to get to know their mommies :’)

It will never stop being funny for me how Ben was first introduced in the series as this brooding dark ghost that's haunting Klaus but 4 episodes later he's happily yelling 'WHEEE!' in an ice cream truck while holding a popsicle.

Now if you think about it, shouldn't be surprising when you take into account that his first interaction in the series is him and Klaus trying to decide if they should eat waffles or not.
