Ghostwalker Week Tie-in: Trapped on a Mission

Night City PD Detective John Walker has been given the case that will either make his career or ruin his life: Melissa Gold, righthand woman to City Councilwoman de Fontaine, has gone missing. With his partner, Lemar Hoskins, stuck on desk duty, he has no choice but to turn to the Ghost, a mercenary whose abilities defy logic but get results, and with the attitude to match. Together, they have to race against the clock to track down the victim, but wind up discovering a trail that leads to far more than either of them bargained for.

They will have to face their pasts and each other, if they want to have a prayer to survive the present.
