Yesterday I was REALLY freaking dehydrated and I was lying in my mom’s bedroom,

My coworker and I came out to each other as bi tonight and I just gotta say it made me so happy to know that someone I get along with so well gets it. We’ve had different experiences obviously, but at the same time, there’s a lot of common ground.
I also love how it happened because neither of us were planning on telling the other, but it happened organically in the conversation, and then we both got so damn excited. I felt like we were this comic panel.
In short, it was just a really great thing and I feel a lot less alone knowing that we’re kind of in the same boat. We already got along fantastically and are friends, but now it’s like there’s this new level of kinship. It’s pretty great.
Okay so this is now my new side blog, I will be putting all my fanfics here. Hopefully, I can round all them up!

Astronauts who come back home to Earth, whether they went to the moon or to the ISS, frequently report a profound feeling of amazement, wonder, and euphoria upon seeing Earth from space for the first time. It’s such an overwhelming wave of emotions, that it can even change the astronauts’ outlook on the world. NASA has written reports about it in the past, and some of the astronauts have participated in psychiatric case studies on the topic. What I’m getting at is that it’s a goddamn tragedy that Danny, in the TWO times he went to space in canon was never shown to even talk about it again, much less experience such a common phenomenon, which he would 100% know about. Let my boy experience space, he just wants to be an astronaut 😭
