Oh man, I imagine “Brett” as a douche-y frat kid. I mean I’m only a little bit of a douchey frat kid.
IT IS MY RIGHT AS AN OKLAHOMAN TO BUY A BOTTLE OF THUNDERBIRD AT 2:30 AM ON A SUNDAY FROM THE LOCAL KUM & GO

I haven't played any Mafia games, but I was watching a Youtuber play and it did seem kind of repetitive even then, but still seemed like it could be pretty fun. It seems more story driven than anything, which of course isn't a bad thing
The first 2 Mafia games were fairly short games (can be completed in 8-10 hours) and are pretty linear. Mafia 3 has more in common with a game like Sleeping Dogs than the first 2 games.
Still, while repetitive, it’s overall fun. And (to me) the story is good enough to keep playing the game, despite it’s flaws.

how are you liking Mafia III?
I’m conflicted on it.
On one end, the story, voice acting, and music are top notch. The game does a very good job at getting you wrapped into the plot.  And the combat can be quite fun, especially in the levels leading up to killing some of the main antagonists.
On the opposite end, the game is extremely repetitive, and those awesome story moments & set pieces are separated by what can be an hour of “busy work” between them. Plus all the bugs & glitches the game is plagued with.
Despite that, I still overall like the game. It’s just a bit flawed.
Shoutout to @ghoulishmints and @scottishwinds for both liking my first personal post in a while. Y'all are my favorite tumblr couple.
honestly i'll probably forget so happy 5 days early bday
Haha that’s fine. Thanks Mints!
