Indulge in the richness of beef tenderloin combined with the sharpness of provolone cheese and the peppery bite of arugula, all sandwiched between crusty ciabatta rolls spread with whole grain mustard. This Royal Beef Tenderloin Panini Giadzy is a sophisticated take on the classic panini, perfect for a luxurious lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef tenderloin, thinly sliced. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 small red onion, thinly sliced. 4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half lengthwise. 1/4 cup whole grain mustard. 8 slices provolone cheese. 2 cups arugula leaves.
Instructions: Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to get it hot. On top of the beef tenderloin slices, sprinkle them with olive oil and salt and pepper. Grill the beef for one to two minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it. Take it off the heat and set it aside. Put the sliced red onion in the same pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until it gets soft and a little caramelized. Take it off the heat and set it aside. On the bottom half of each ciabatta roll, spread the whole grain mustard. Put arugula leaves, grilled beef slices, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese on top of each roll. Use the top halves of the ciabatta rolls to close the sandwiches. Use a heavy skillet or panini press to press down on the sandwiches after putting them on the grill or grill pan. Put it on the grill for three to four minutes on each side, or until the cheese melts and the bread is toasted. Take the sandwiches off the heat, cut them in half, and serve them hot.

In this Pistachio Tiramisu Parfait, you can enjoy the delicious mix of ladyfingers soaked in espresso, smooth mascarpone, and the crunchy goodness of pistachios. A new take on an old Italian dessert that's great for a fancy treat.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 8 oz mascarpone cheese. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup brewed espresso, cooled. 2 tbsp coffee liqueur optional. 1 cup crushed ladyfinger cookies. 1/2 cup chopped pistachios. 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder.
Instructions: Heavy cream and powdered sugar should be whipped together in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract should be mixed together in a different bowl until they are smooth. Mix the mascarpone and whipped cream together by folding them in slowly. Put brewed espresso and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish. Make sure that each ladyfinger is covered in the espresso mixture but not soggy. Crushed ladyfingers should be layered in serving glasses, then a portion of the mascarpone mixture, and finally a sprinkle of chopped pistachios. Put more layers on top of each other until the glass is full, and finish with a dollop of the mascarpone mixture. The parfaits should be put in the fridge for at least two hours so that the flavors can mix. Before serving, sprinkle the tops with unsweetened cocoa powder and add more chopped pistachios as a garnish. Enjoy! Serve cold.
