Got nostalgic for a story of mine (God is a Fangirl) after redoing its playlist. I never drew the big-brother figure for my gals before, but this is him. He starts off as a no-good lazy bum full of snark, always butting heads with Kylee over inconsequential shit and making Paloma have to be the reasonable one (as always). He eventually contributes to the team with some out-there video game strategies that pay off, and slowly warms up to the girls the more he talks to em. He'll end up (very begrudgingly) coming to 'accept his role into the found family' as Kylee puts it. They're his lil sisters now.

Today was the last day to catch the Mirror Pavilion before it leaves Galway for a location in Connemara. It was part of the Galway International Arts Festival, which usually takes place in July, but had a smaller presence this month (because Covid)! It was still wonderful to see, and I'm so grateful to live somewhere where the arts are woven into everyday life by so many talented people. 4heads Governor’s Island Art Fair - 2018 - Part 2 of 2

Among the endless amazing experiences that New York City has to offer throughout the year, it is always a pleasure to escape on a short ferry ride to visit the annual Governors Island Art Fair (GIAF) presented by the arts organization, 4heads.

In its eleventh year, the annual arts festival is immersing visitors in art which has been distributed throughout the abandoned living spaces of historic military residences on the island.
