I just made giant pork meatballs today - Lion's head meatballs 狮子头.
Not wanting to spend hours to stew the meatballs for a few hours, I have decided to ditch the melt-in-the-mouth texture for speed.
I also make it more healthy by pan-frying instead of deep-fried meatballs.
So here is my quick and healthier version of Lion's head meatballs. Not to claim the authenticity but practical to make it at home.
