syscovery is weird. you realize you're plural and suddenly everything you've ever done has been a Sign that you missed the whole time. for years we were going, yeah that overt attachment to bodysharing/mindmeld plots in fiction is normal. yeah that deep emotional resonance with and longing for steven universe crystal gem fusion is normal. yeah gravitating towards the plural character, canon or not, in every piece of work/fandom is Normal As Hell

charlie's campaigns are great because they're simultaneously like. the scariest, the most horror-leaning w some of the highest stakes. but then they're also the ones that are completely off the rails and hilarious because he can't stop himself from yes-anding every single little bit. the cumpire. rands mom being into kian. etc. so it makes for this really funny tonal whiplash
the three suckening boys exist in different genres and it's so peak. arthurs trying so hard to be like. the protagonist of a Gothic horror novel, horrified at what he is, tormented by his past. emizel is in a campy horror/action movie. (he's in whatever fucking genre resident evil is). and shilo is fully either in the political intrigue sauce or in a wacky comedy about him and grefgor being an unlikely duo.
sincerely "loving couple and their weird little aromantic/queerplatonic third who follows them around" is so important to me as a dynamic. it always goes so hard. here's a cool lesbian couple. and also their Little Guy
