Hey Friend! You definitely deserve the best Father's Day! You do so much for Beautiful Mia, but your best thing was making me her favorite auntie :) Taking her in and deciding to be her father speaks volumes about you as a person and that should be celebrated! Of course, I got you a hat and bracelet that you can wear at your leisure. I also got you a new mouse pad at work because I think this one with cute pictures of you and Mia is much better than your current one. The last one, Mia and I did, last Friday during our sleepover and she was so tickled to do it. We hope you love it!

I hope you have the happiest of birthdays today because you deserve it! You have been so helpful and kind as well as an amazing person to work with. You and your team are really turning my worrisome building into a growing masterpiece and I couldn't be more excited to see the finished product soon! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication as well as being a great friend. I saw the card and it just looked like something you would enjoy. The tool chest is vintage and needs some love that I figured only you could give it. I negotiated with someone on Ebay for it. The sign was designed by one of the architects at my firm whose husband happens to be a steel welder and made the sign. I know how much your family means to you so I wanted to honor that on your birthday. Again, I hope you have the best day!
