I ended up having to stop writing early to cook but yay! Tonight's dinner and it was delicious~~ and for once, the presentation is actually pretty so kudos to me, I'm proud of it, that's probably the only time y'all will see something this neatly assembled coming from me X)

(If anyone wants to know: ginger and soy glazed octopus, cucumber matchsticks and sweet&salty stir fried carrots with jasmine rice)

First time making a shrimp broth! I'll probably use it next time I make wontons, it'll make a nice soup~ Gonna use the shrimps I got today to make some pan fried rice paper dumplings

Vegan pizza on quinoa crust with cashew cheese

Salmon, seasoned to perfection and grilled. Made a sauce to go along with it -- a concoction of what I had. Sautéed some diced onions and celery in e.v.o.o. Added 3 cloves of garlic and some grated ginger. Some ketchup, a half of teaspoon of guava jam and lots of chopped chadon beni (cilantro is a close second) Let it simmer and prepare for some taste bud twerking. #usewhatyougot #gigicooks #nofilter #foodporn oh yeah #boom 😉
