Oh, I'll be damned! That's him alright. He was part of the first wave. Words buzzing around when he was first assigned to the Quick Reaction Force was that he's a maniac. A psycho, all evaluation teams pointed towards the fact he shouldn't be trusted with a gun, yet there he is, and even past death a war machine. He's what the Government call a Dreadnought. Actually... same squad as Troy too. Gotta admit he was vital as he his dangerous, shot everything, in his way... If we kept him around he would've kept going until a Zeke got 'em. His class as a MGF unit is a Pointman. Heavily armored with a shotgun.

Aggressive, to you, MGF units, and other infected. Though he seems to be friendly to Chimera...
