Should work for gifs and static images.

Play with the adjustment layers as much as you want. 

I included two optional layers in the PSD file so you can add them if this coloring white washes POC. If those layers don’t work for the people in your images, feel free to modify or add more adjustment layers and if you don’t know how to do that, submit the image to me and I’ll create a layer specifically for that picture so the coloring doesn’t wash the people in it. Feel free to contact me if you have similar problems with the XCF file.

play around with the layers ( ex. for darker scenes i recommend to lower the opacity of layer #1 a bit )
