Indulge in these delightful Maple Ginger Chocolate Chip Cookie Dippers, perfect for a vegan-friendly sweet treat. The combination of maple syrup, fresh ginger, and vegan chocolate chips creates a deliciously unique flavor.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. Mix vegan butter and brown sugar in a different bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. As you add the vanilla extract, grated ginger, and maple syrup to the creamed mixture, make sure to mix it well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are all mixed in. Add vegan chocolate chips and mix well. Use a cookie scoop or a tablespoon to drop dough onto a baking sheet that has been lined. Leave some space between each drop. Place in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Take it out of the oven and leave it on the baking sheet for five minutes to cool down. Move the cookies to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Put vegan chocolate sauce or fruit dip on top of the chips. Have fun!
