Enjoy the richness of this Espresso Fudge Brownie Mudslide Ice Cream Cake, which has layers of creamy coffee and chocolate ice cream and hot fudge on top. You can also add whipped cream if you want.
Ingredients: 1 box of espresso fudge brownie mix. 1/4 cup brewed espresso. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup water. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 gallon coffee ice cream. 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream. 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce. 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional. Whipped cream optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it. Put the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, brewed coffee, and water in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Place the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool all the way down. Soften the coffee and chocolate ice cream a bit after the brownie has cooled. Cover the brownie layer with the coffee ice cream. Pour the hot fudge sauce over the coffee ice cream layer. If you want, you can add chopped nuts on top as well. After adding the hot fudge, spread the chocolate ice cream on top of it. The cake should be frozen for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes to get a little softer before you serve it. Add whipped cream on top if you like. Cut it up and enjoy!
