Ingredients: 1/2 cup popcorn kernels. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp ground cloves. 1/4 tsp salt.
Instructions: Pop popcorn kernels using preferred method. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until well combined and bubbly. Drizzle the gingerbread spice mixture over popped popcorn, tossing to coat evenly. Spread popcorn onto a baking sheet to cool and set before serving or packaging.
