Day Four

I’m not happy. However I can think of four reasons this morning:
1. I drank milk with my breakfast without thinking and that has a lot of carbs- thus screwing up my carb count. (Realized I messed up afterwards.)
2. I didn’t have dinner until 9:45 last night and even though it was an Unwich from Jimmy Johns I know if I eat past eight my body takes a while to digest the food verses handle my body. (Unwiches are yummy and keto approved.)
3. I slept like crap because I didn’t get back from grocery shopping until 11:30, didn’t get to bed until 1:30am and my baby ginger was up until 3:00am till 3:45 and my toddler ginger woke up at 7:30.
4. Constipation.
I worked out yesterday for almost an hour so I know I burned carbs and calories... but now that I look at this it was probably my sleep schedule/going over carbs that didn’t help me.
BUT! This is a new day with new lessons and this time I’m eating elli yogurt that’s 5 carbs and coffee with heavy whipping cream in it. I have a feeling that since I have stocked groceries I will be good.
Also, I’m going to make Keto Chili in the crockpot today and make Keto Bread. I will post pictures on how it turns out and recipes... (if they taste good) lol.
