Ingredients: 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped. 2 oranges, peeled and segmented. 1 cup of orange juice. 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon of honey. 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger.
Instructions: Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
