yay, I finished a simple ref for my girl!! I'll be making a more complex ref soon, but I'm so happy how it turned out!

In @pink-pone Gingerverse, Ash leads a quiet, but gratifying, farm life with his family: he never gave up his birth name, Star Fire, but he got the nickname "Ash" due to an unfortunate accident with the fireplace and the moniker stuck.

The Fiery Farm takes great pride in hard work and careful organisation, to the point that it might seem more a military regiment rather than a family business and you wouldn't be too far off the mark: Ash's father, Pure Fire, used to be a Royal Guard and he took the lessons learned there back at home to improve efficiency.

Luckily, Ash enjoys that kind of discipline and always strives to prove himself, so he embraced eagerly that militaristic life style along with his big brother Flash Fire, as they always compete with each other to complete all the chores better than the other.

However, even in the Gingerverse Ash has still a fire deep within him and he had decided to explore it in the mountain dojo, where he studies martial arts as a way to further improve his body and his mind.

When he's not working in the fields or training himself, Ash is usually at Maple Leaf's market, selling his family's products: in this role he's a bit of a chatter box and super curious and invested in the daily lives of other ponies, lending a ear and a shoulder when something troubles them.

He wears a black cowboy hat and a red bandanna tied around his neck.

He likes: long summer nights, bugs, improvising songs while working, his family, big breakfasts, adventure novels He dislikes: cold winters, fireplaces and chimneys, wasting food, bullies

The Crossover Episode, Art Fight Attack @pink-pone

I had a ton of fun playing with the idea of your cast meeting my cast and I got through each character description to think of the best matches... Some of my guys would get along with so many of yours, not to mention I excluded the pirate crew for timeline reasons XD My guys would definetely enjoy some R&R in your world

I think I’m finally happy with Rio’s color palette……after 84 years…. 🫠 thanks to @captain-tabletops who helped me settle on an idea, I’d still be in the trenches without them.
