Ginny may not have been ashamed of her job, but it didn’t make what she did any easier. She always felt a bit hollow at the end of the night, wiping off her makeup and taking off the sparkly costume that never felt like her. Even though her job meant she was rarely alone, she always felt a bit lonely. Opening the front door of her flat and throwing her keys on the kitchen counter, she smiled knowing that for once she wasn’t alone. While her heart panged for Casey, no longer welcome with the Lost Boys, it was nice to have the company in her flat, to have a light already on when she got home at night. After losing so many Fairies recently, she craved the company. Casey might not have technically been a Fairy yet, but she was as good as family, and that’s all that mattered. Stripping off her clothes and changing into her pyjamas as soon as she got home, she smiled as she found Casey laying in her bed. “Hey Case,” she smiled gently, climbing into bed beside her. She curled up next to the brunette, getting comfortable on her side of the bed. “How was your night?” she asked, hoping for a bit of normalcy.
