Daily MCO Drink #211, MCO Day #213: GIN SONIC, made with equal parts Hendrick’s Gin, East Imperial Soda Water and East Imperial Burma Tonic Water, built over ice. . Super simple one today. Wanted a GnT but I’m not that big a fan of tonic water TBH. So I went with the soda + tonic combo (‘Sonic’, geddit?) instead. . East Imperial’s tonic is one of the more palatable ones for me because of the lower sugar and citric acid content, but it’s even easier to drink with the extra soda.
