Ausra had spent quite a bit of time staring at her character card after she’d gotten it. Being ‘married’ to Oleander for a night could be fun, but why did Gio have to be her enemy? That might be difficult, especially if he showed up wearing a uniform. Then again, keep your friends close and your enemies closer, right? Like really close. Within touching distance. Maybe even lip touching distance.
Excusing herself from Ollie she made her way across the room, doing her best to put on airs and stay in character. Spotting Gio, she b-lined for him. It wasn’t unusal for two enemies to be seen talking to each other and maybe flirting, right? “Well, well, well... If it isn’t Colonel Custard. I’m surprised you’d show your face here,” she said haughtily, fighting tooth and nail against the grin that struggled to over take her face.
